PROFESSIONAL SERVICES:*

*Required meetings, mediations and on-site investigations scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays will be
billed at one and one-half times the scheduled rates.
Expert Witness: Trial/Deposition/Arbitration Testimony

$1,500 retainer prior to any Trial/Deposition/Arbitration/Trial Appearances.
All extended retainer fees of $1,500 shall be paid by check the same day of the
Trial/Deposition/Arbitration/Trial Appearances.
All outstanding invoices shall be brought current prior to any expert
Trial/Deposition/Arbitration/Trial Appearances.
Mileage will be billed to our client at the rate of 58 cents per mile portal to portal for
Trial/Deposition/Arbitration/Trial Appearances.
REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES
Requested File/ Drawing & Photo Reproduction.
Trial Exhibits.
Outside Consultant Fees.
Applicable Permits and Fees.
Travel Expenses Airfare / Hotel.
Mileage will be billed at the rate of 58 cents per mile portal to portal.
Mileage @ $0.58 per mile in route to meetings, site inspections, and similar appearances;
supplies and incidentals, copying, and blueprinting services, digital photography, cd's
and/or laser copies at cost plus 20%; postage and shipping at cost plus 20%. The cost of
special testing agencies and outside, allied consultants hired by this firm shall be billed at
cost of services plus 20%. Such allied experts may be retained and billed directly to the
client under separate agreements. Time sheets, expense records and receipts for goods
shall be provided with all semi-monthly statements issued by this firm. Invoices are due
within 30 days of receipt by the client. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% interest
charge per month beyond 30 days.
